1. Introduction

Welcome to Aimé Saux. These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of our services, including private sourcing, acquisitions, and sales of luxury timepieces and jewellery. By engaging with our services, you accept these terms in full.

2. Authenticity & Condition

Uncompromising quality is our standard. Every piece passing through Aimé Saux is subject to rigorous authentication by our experts. We guarantee the authenticity of all watches and jewellery sold.

Condition reports are provided in good faith and with the utmost accuracy. However, due to the vintage and pre-owned nature of certain inventory, minor natural wear may be present.

3. Private Sourcing

When commissioning a private source, a deposit may be required before our search commences. Deposits are fully refundable should we fail to locate the specified timepiece within the agreed timeframe. Once a targeted piece is approved and acquired on your behalf, deposits become non-refundable.

4. Same Day Payouts & Acquisitions

We offer same day payouts for direct acquisitions, subject to physical inspection and authentication passing our internal standards. Prices offered are contingent on market conditions and physical condition of the asset.

5. Liability

Aimé Saux is not affiliated with the brands of the watches we sell. We act as independent dealers. We are not an authorised dealer of Rolex or any other brand mentioned on our site.
